"Recently, Le uncovered that a business partner was inaccurately conveying status on UX deliverables. She sought out the individual in a non-combative, but direct, manner to understand more about the status update and determined the root cause was not actually a UX item. She was then able to coach the individual on how to be more accurate with future status updates, while also ensuring the individual understood that our team is here to help and remove obstacles when we can. We are always praising Le for her ability to inject energy and positivity into our business, so I wanted to highlight a new layer to Le that I hadn’t seen before."
