What it's like to collaborate with me
While I cannot currently share any work that I have done at Dialexa, below are snippets of my coworkers' experience with me:

"Recently, Le uncovered that a business partner was inaccurately conveying status on UX deliverables. She sought out the individual in a non-combative, but direct, manner to understand more about the status update and determined the root cause was not actually a UX item. She was then able to coach the individual on how to be more accurate with future status updates, while also ensuring the individual understood that our team is here to help and remove obstacles when we can. We are always praising Le for her ability to inject energy and positivity into our business, so I wanted to highlight a new layer to Le that I hadn’t seen before."

I would often go into Figma to start on our weekly status presentation and find that Le had already laid the entire deck out and even included photos from the week I could switch out on the slides. She would [also] happily go from fully facilitating interviews (which she is incredible at, by the way) to taking thorough notes, depending on what the team thought was the right approach for that specific meeting."
