👋🏻 I'm Le, and I'm so glad you're here!

I'm currently a Senior Design Manager at Dialexa (acquired by IBM), where I architect and refine digital experiences and lead our largest team of designers. Read more about what it's like to work with me.

I'm also an easily excitable photographer, filmmaker, and writer who really enjoys learning about how things work.

I approach life with curiosity, optimism, and a sense of adventure, looking at the world in wide-eyed, rapt anticipation of all the great things I am about to experience.

1. Woo

I love meeting new people and fostering meaningful relationships. I derive satisfaction from making a connection with someone. My priority is making sure folks feel safe showing up as themselves around me.

2. Discipline

I instinctively find ways to organize my life. I thrive off timelines and deadlines. I break long-term projects into a series of specific, short-term steps and follow my plan diligently. This has been crucial for my half-marathon training!

3. Focus

I set goals that serve as my compass, helping me determine priorities and make alterations when needed to get back on course. In the end, this strength pushes me to be efficient.

4. Positivity

I have contagious enthusiasm! I'm upbeat and can get others excited about what our team is going to do. I'm generous with praise and feedback and am always looking at the glass half full.

5. Achiever

I work hard and possess an abundance of stamina. I have an internal fire burning inside me, which motivates me to do and achieve more. I approach life as if every day starts at zero.
